Most recently, Rebecca ran her own consulting company and worked with clients including #VoteTogether, the Energy Foundation and Deliver Strategies. Previously, Rebecca served as the Pennsylvania State Director of For Our Future and For Our Future Action Fund, a super PAC dedicated to winning elections and regaining political power. Rebecca developed successful national and state focused issue advocacy campaigns, as well as ran a robust 2016 electoral program. From 2010 to 2016, Rebecca served as the Executive Director of the Coalition for Labor Engagement and Accountable Revenue (CLEAR Coalition), a broad-based coalition of labor organizations representing over one million Pennsylvanians united in support of an equitable state budget. Rebecca directed the advocacy agenda and communication strategies including developing dynamic earned, social and paid media campaigns. Under Rebecca’s leadership, the CLEAR Coalition was positioned as a key player in the state budget. Rebecca also served as U.S. Senator Bob Casey’s Political Director in 2006 when Senator Casey defeated Rick Santorum.
Rebecca holds a master’s degree from the George Washington University in Political Management and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Rutgers University. Rebecca and her husband Adam are the proud parents of two children, Simone and Fox, and one dog Gus.
