Over the past ten years, Emerge Pennsylvania has graduated 275 women. Of those women, over 150 have been elected into public office, including 3 women to the State Senate and 11 women to the State House of Representatives. Emerge Pennsylvania has one full-time staff person who is responsible for executing our mission statewide, Executive Director, Rebecca McNichol.
